Aimed at companies looking to boost internal communication and employee involvement, QAMap serves as a digital space where employees can engage, share knowledge, and foster a sense of belonging.

Organizations struggled with fostering a sense of community and open communication after during and after Covid time, leading to siloed departments and decreased employee engagement.
To develop an app that boosts organizational engagement by facilitating easier communication, community building, and group discussions among employees.

Initial user research involved surveys and interviews with over 200 employees across various organizations. We initially assumed that the primary communication challenges were due to the lack of platforms. However, research revealed that the real issue was the absence of a platform that encourages active participation and makes communication feel personal and engaging.

What I Learned
